Long-stay form

The form on the Book page does not send your data directly to the website or store it on a server. It prepares a message in your email application. The message is sent only if you then choose to send the email.

The message may contain your name, email address, preferred dates, number of guests, reason for the stay, whether you are bringing a pet and your free-text message.

Purposes and lawful basis

When you contact us, your information is used to respond to your enquiry, check the apartment’s availability and, where applicable, prepare a proposal for your stay. Processing is based on your request for pre-contractual measures and on our legitimate interest in responding to messages we receive.

Retention period

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and manage the relationship. Data relating to a contractual relationship may be retained for the periods required by legal and accounting obligations.

Recipients

The information is intended for SCI DOMUSIA and those authorised to manage the apartment. It is neither sold nor used for marketing purposes without consent.

External booking platform

The availability buttons open a third-party booking service. When you use this service, its own terms and privacy policy apply. No data entered on that service is transmitted to this website.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising, profiling or audience analytics tools and does not place non-essential cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may result in a connection to Google’s servers.

Your rights
