Arrival and departure
Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00.
Self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out before 11:00.
Access instructions are provided before arrival.

Maximum of six guests.

Access
The apartment is on the first floor. It is accessed by stairs and there is no lift. The building and garage doors are manual.
Parking
A large private garage is included on the ground floor. It accommodates one vehicle and has space to store bicycles. Free public parking is approximately two minutes away on foot.
Main house rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbours. Pets are accepted subject to a €15 supplement per stay.
Safety
The apartment has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. One camera is installed outside only, at the entrance. There are no cameras inside.
Do we rent the entire house?
No. You have a self-contained 75 m² apartment with its own private entrance and terrace, within the Rose des Orpellières house.
How many people can stay?
The apartment accommodates up to six guests, with two double beds and a sofa bed for two people.
Does each bedroom have a shower room?
Yes. Each bedroom has its own shower room. One includes a toilet, and there is a second, separate toilet near the dining room.
Is the terrace private?
Yes, it is exclusively for guests staying in the apartment.
Can we park on site?
Yes, a large private garage is included. Free public parking is also available nearby.
Can we store bicycles?
Yes, bicycles can be stored in the garage.
How far away is the beach?
The beaches of Sérignan and Les Orpellières are approximately 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes by bicycle.
Does the apartment have air conditioning?
Yes, the apartment has reversible air conditioning.
Is the Wi-Fi suitable for remote working?
Yes, high-speed fibre broadband and a workspace are available.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided.
Are pets accepted?
Yes, subject to a €15 supplement per stay.
Can the apartment be reached without using stairs?
No. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift.
Can we use the fireplace?
Yes, in moderation during winter and in accordance with the instructions provided to guests.
Are longer stays accepted?
Yes, particularly from November to March, subject to availability. A mobility lease may be available to eligible guests.
